Porsche 904 GTS 1964 - Red 1:18

The Porsche 904 GTS, which was produced from 1963 to 1965, was a road-legal racing car characterized by a body made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic, which was manufactured by Heinkel in Speyer.

As Peugeot owned the naming rights for the three-digit numbers with a zero in the middle, the 904 was officially marketed under the name “Carrera GTS”. The mid-engined coupé celebrated numerous successes on the racetracks, including an overall victory at the Targa Florio and class victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 12 Hours of Sebring.
